Local Delivery
Goss:ps provides local delivery to all major cities in Peninsular Malaysia at a minimum rate of RM8. Subsequent increase in weight will be charged accordingly.
All orders are sent out via PosLaju Malaysia. Deliveries are only made on working days from Monday till Friday (except public holidays).
Deliveries across West Malaysia take 3-7 days working days; and East Malaysia 7-14 working days.
All orders will be delivered between 9am – 6pm on a working day and a signature will be required. If you are not around to pick up the delivery, a calling card will be left at your door indicating how you can pick up your parcel.
International Delivery
The cost of overseas delivery varies according to the weight of your parcel. Shipping costs will be calculated on the Checkout page when the delivery destination is confirmed.
All deliveries will take between 7-14 working days.
All customs and import charges are borne by the recipient. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges as they vary widely from country to country.
Please note that your parcel can be delayed by customs and we have no control over this as well.
