How do I purchase online?
You may select a specific category from the COLLECTIONS drop-down menu to browse the products. Once you have found an item, click on it for more information, then select your size. To purchase the item, click on ‘Add to Cart’ button. To complete your order, you may click on the ‘Checkout’ button. Then you will need to confirm your payment and delivery options. Subsequently, we will proceed to process your order. Otherwise, to shop for more you may simply click on ‘Back to Shopping’ button. You can use the icon to discard any unwanted items from your shopping bag.
How do I place an order?
For first-time customers
All of the above applies. Upon clicking the ‘Checkout’ button, you would need to create your own customer profile, by submitting your personal particulars.
For returning customers
Log into your account using your email and password. To browse and purchase online, please follow instructions on How do I purchase online?.
How do I make payment?
We currently are offering the following payment methods:
- Credit Card – VISA and MASTERCARD; and
- Bank transfers – only local banks such as Maybank, AmBank, CIMB bank, Hong Leong bank, RHB bank, Bank Islam, EON bank, and more to come.
Is the online payment method offered secure on your website?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. As for credit card information that you keyed-in during the purchasing process, it would pass through our website to the payment provider that we work with; it is invisible to us.
Is my privacy protected?
Yes absolutely. Please refer to Privacy Policy for further information.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver both nationwide in Malaysia and internationally, by using Post Malaysia’s service.
What are your delivery options?
The main delivery method we offer for nationwide in Malaysia is PosLaju; Peninsular Malaysia deliveries are charged at a minimum cost of RM8 and RM11 for West Malaysia. Subsequent increase in weight will be charged accordingly.
For international deliveries, we currently provide registered parcel services to countries such as Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, India, China, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States of America.
Where are your merchandise from?
We travel all around the world to hunt for unique items/collections for our customers. Every item is hand-selected by us.
Do you provide other currency payment option?
Sorry we only transact in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
At what point would my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped out. Note: All products are subject to availability.
What happens if I choose a last item, add it into the shopping cart while another customer picks the same item and ready to proceed for payment? Would I lose the item?
No, this system adopts the first-come-first-serve policy. The last item would not be available to the second customer unless the first customer lets go of it. (The second customer may be able to select the last item but she would not be able to proceed for payment if it is still in the shopping cart of the first customer.) |
